Information we collect
When you request a website scan, we collect the website URL, your email address, and any optional name or company information you provide. We also collect normal service logs such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security events.
If you create an account or place an order, we retain the contact, order, payment status, and fulfillment information needed to provide the service and maintain business records. Payment credentials are handled by the disclosed payment provider; PulseVite does not intentionally store full card details.
What happens when you submit a URL
You authorize PulseVite to request publicly accessible pages from the submitted website for the purpose of creating a diagnostic report. The scan may record response information, selected page metadata, detected website signals, and concise evidence supporting findings. We limit the pages requested and do not use a scan request to access private areas.
How we use information
- Run scans and create, secure, and deliver reports.
- Provide purchases, repairs, support, and account features.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve service reliability.
- Send operational messages and, where permitted, relevant product communication.
- Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Optional analytics
On public pages, PulseVite can use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics is disabled until you choose to allow it, is not loaded on account, admin, report, order, or other non-indexed pages, and is configured without advertising signals or ad personalization. You can change your choice at any time using the Analytics preferences control.
Retention and sharing
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. We may use infrastructure, email, analytics, and payment providers that process limited information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may opt out of non-essential email using the instructions in the message.
Security and contact
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy requests or questions, email privacy@pulsevite.com.
